credit card debt need help bad?

hi um my family needs help and i was wondering if i can find some answers here. we live in california and they are .000 dollars in debt and ,000 of it is to US bank my dad works part time and my mom has been layed off for 2 years now we cant pay the amount they want we tried everything calling them there is no payment plan they can work out with us. so now they threatend us that they are gonna go into my dads wages and take out money but i understand they can do that but if they do we would have to live in the streets???? um we know about bankrupcy but they still want monthly payment more then we can pay and chapter 7 is they can take our cars and other supplies from us…. anyways there credit score is bad but is there anyway a bank would give us a ,000 loan to pay back all other debts and pay back other debts so we pay only 1 bank and with lower interest or is that impossible with bad credit? or will they because of bad economy??? we need some help asap we have no idea what to do or where to start if we dont do something soon they will go into my dads wages some 1 please help and we dont have the money to get those debt counselors or a lawer. thanks for any help or suggestions.

How can a student with several loans get approved for a home loan?

I am currently a student with several student loans out in my name. I have a good credit score but am only able to work part time due to school. I make enough money to cover monthly rent with my boyfriend. We want to get into a house but I fear my loans and low income will make it difficult if not impossible for us.
