What’s the best way to get out of debt?
Hey guys, I am a divorced mom of 3 kids and I have a home. I still have credit card debt that I am desperately trying to get rid of but I do not want to go to a debt counselor. What is the best, legitimate way to get out of debt on a very tight budget? Any advice?

If you had gone to a Debt counselor for a payment on your credit?
card. (You were not able to make the payments)..so they lowered them for you. I thought everything was fine…But I had to go to court to answer a COMPLAINT, which i did…and now i received A DEFAULT"…Why do they keep pursuing this…i am now with a debt counselor and they are taking payments out of my check every two weeks??? Should i just throw away the stuff i receive in the mail???
